I'm Amjad Khader, an engineering leader based in Berlin. I'm currently a Senior Software Engineer at SAP LeanIX with domain ownership of the Survey product, and recently served as Acting Engineering Manager for Team Pegasus during a transition period.

I care about building systems that let teams do their best work — the EPIC Lead role, the Team Guard program, and a documentation-first way of working are the kinds of things I reach for. On the product side, I'm focused on AI-native development: AI-Assisted Automations, the Automations Audit Log, and an AI-powered PDLC for the Feature Flag service.

Earlier I built NLU and decision-making engines at Mawdoo3, shipped SaaS at Personio, and led teams at Aspire and SimLab.
